Any cancellations, changes, to your Confirmed Booking are subject to the applicable booking conditions and hotel's cancellation policy Terms, including any additional fees that may be imposed. For certain reservations may be non-refundable, non-cancellable, and/or non-changeable. If you have booked a refundable rate, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund according to the hotel's cancellation policy.
Cancellation will be strictly followed as per the hotel policies.
1. Cancelled Before 30 Days Of Arrival Date , 20% Of Total Package Cost will be deducted
2. Cancelled Before 20-30 Days Of Arrival Date, 50% Of Total Package Cost will be deducted.
3. Cancelled Before 10-19 Days Of Arrival Date,70% Of Total Package Cost will be deducted.
4. Cancelled Before 10 Days Of Arrival Date, 100% Of Total Package Cost will be deducted.
Refund will be done within 15 days from the confirmation New Golden Fleece reserves the right to charge on cancellation and/or modification fees for confirmed booking made on newgoldenfleece.com, up to the full cost of the reservation, for any cancellation or modification by you of a Confirmed Booking. Non-Refundable Bookings: Many hotels offer non-refundable rates, which means that if you cancel or modify your reservation, you may not be eligible for a refund.The specific cancellation policy for your booking will be clearly mentioned during the reservation process.
